Super-Easy Filet Mignon Recipe

From start to finish it took you just 10 min. Perfect, quick, healthy and easy. Filet mignon is extra delicious with a rub of herbs and garlic rub.


2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (1 inch thick)
Cooking spray

1. In a small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; rub evenly over steaks.
2. Over medium-high heat, heat a large nonstick skillet. Spay pan with cooking spray to coat, then add steaks to the pan, and cook on each side for about 4 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
3. Serve with roasted red potato wedges and steamed broccoli florets.
