Roast Beef Recipe

Really simple yet very good flavor and really tender Roast Beef. It is absolutely scrumptious Recipe!! My family of two LOVES it and we ate the whole roast that night!

Easy Roast Beef Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

3 1⁄2-5 lbs rump roast or 3 1⁄2-5 lbs sirloin tip roast
2 (12 ounce) cans beef gravy
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced
1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
1⁄2 cup Italian salad dressing
carrot (optional)
potato (optional)

How To Cook Roast Beef

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.  Combine mushrooms, gravy, soup mix and Italian dressing and add to the beef roast in a pan.
  2. Covered, then bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Add carrots and potatoes during last hour, if desired.
  3. Remove from oven, rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Note: Cooking time is depending upon how big your roast is.
