Pimento Cheese Recipe

Here is an excellent Pimento Cheese Recipe prepared by only two types of cheeses. You’ll love these great ingredients for your terrific Pimento. Give it a try!


1/2 lb extra-sharp Vermont White Cheddar
1/2 lb extra-sharp aged New York (orange) cheddar
1 (7-oz) jar of pimentos, drained and finely chopped
1 t black pepper, or to taste
Cayenne to taste
Salt to taste
2/3 cup mayonnaise


  1. In a large bowl, finely grate cheeses and stir in pimentos and seasoning.
  2. Stir in mayonnaise, mashing until smooth or to your own desired consistency.
  3.  Scrape into a crock or jar and let chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
