Peppermint Bark Recipe

Perfect Peppermint Bark Recipe for a holiday treat that is beautiful and perfect for christmas! So easy and delicious!.
Serves: 2½ pounds
  • 12 oz. semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 12 oz. white chocolate pieces
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes ( 6 -8 candy canes)
Directions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt semisweet chocolate pieces in the microwave according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate out onto the parchment paper, use a wooden spoon to spread out. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, break up candy canes into little pieces.
  5. Melt white chocolate pieces in the microwave according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Spread melted white chocolate out on top of the dark chocolate. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the white chocolate, use your hand to gently press them.
  7. Place baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm. Break into pieces to serve or store in an airtight container.
