Lobster Tail Recipe

 A Lobster Tail Recipe that is quick, delicious and sophisticated and needing only 10 minutes to prepare. Loving this!!

Total time:  10 mins
  • 2 Lobster tails
  • 1½ tbsp butter, divided
  • celtic sea salt
  • a pinch of smoked paprika per lobster tail
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet or in an oven safe dish. With sharp kitchen scissors or a knife, carefully cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise to the tip of the tail. Avoiding the meat. Devein if needed.
  3. Slightly pull shell down, so meat looks like it is sitting on top of shell and open. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Along the lobster tail, add small pats of butter.
  4. Place in oven on a middle rack. Broil lobster tails until lightly browned and meat is opaque, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove, garnish as desired and serve immediately with drawn butter.
