It is nice to eat something different for once and coot it too.

Beef and broccoli

Making beef and broccoli for dinner is quite easy. This dish is very suitable for a small group which consists of four people. The preparation time is about five minutes. After that, we only need 10 minutes cooking time. Besides that, this is a perfect meal because it is quick to be made, cheap on the budget, and healthier for the whole family.

The ingredients for the beef and broccoli are not hard to find. For the main ingredients, we need one pound flank steak and slice it thinly across the grain. Besides that, we need one head of broccoli and cut into florets. The seasonings are quite a lot, but we will be easy to find them at the market. We will need 2/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce, ½ cup chicken stock, and 4 cup honey. Besides that, we need 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. We also use 3 cloves of garlic and mince them. Then, we use one tablespoon sesame oil and one tablespoon cornstarch. Another spice which we use is ginger about one teaspoon. If we like spicy food, we can add one teaspoon Sriracha or more based on our taste and ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes. The last one, we need one tablespoon olive oil.

The instructions for making beef and broccoli are not hard to follow. We need a medium bowl which we use for whisk soy sauce, chicken stock, honey, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, Sriracha, ginger, red pepper flakes, and ¼ cup water to blend together. Then, we put it aside. After that, we heat olive oil in a large skillet. We let the skillet be over medium-high heat. Then, we add steak and cook it. We need to flip the steak once until it browned and it will be about three until four minutes. Then, we stir the broccoli and the soy sauce mixture until tender. And then, they will be slightly thickened. It will need three until four minutes. After all, it is ready to be served immediately.
