Easy Pancake Recipe

I highly recommend this Pancake to everyone because it was so EASY to make yet AMAZING and very TASTY. Simple, and effective.

  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil, plus a little extra for frying
  • lemon wedges, to serve (optional)
  • caster sugar, to serve (optional)


  1. Whisk flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt together in a bowl or large jug until forms a smooth batter. If you have time, let the mixture rest for 30 mins.
  2. Heat a frying pan or crepe pan over medium heat, carefully wipe the oil round the pan with a wad of kitchen paper. When hot, cook your pancakes for 1-2 minutes, turn and cook the other side until golden.
  3. Transfer to a plate, serve with your favourite filling (lemon wedges and sugar).  Keep warm by covering loosely with foil. Layer the pancakes between baking parchment, wrap in cling film and you can freeze for up to 2 months.
