Easy Ice Cream Cakes

Try using this EASY ICE CREAM CAKES for your friend’s birthday instead of buying those expensive cookie cakes and i’m sure it will be a HUGE hit! .

  1. In the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, place 8 of the ice cream sandwiches side by side. Spread evenly with half of the hot fudge topping, then half of the whipped topping. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches and toppings. Sprinkle the top of the cake with grated chocolate bar.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, for at least 1 hour and up to 1 week before serving.
