Crab Rangoon Recipe

Better crab Rangoon than thing you can get at the restaurant. You’ve gotta try this recipe! Outstanding, so easy and really nice taste!

INGREDIENTS

  • 12ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 12teaspoon soy sauce
  • 14teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 34-1cup crabmeat, picked
  • 50 wonton wrappers
  • oil (for frying)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder, and green onions in a bowl; stir in crab meat.
  2. Place 1 teaspoon of filling onto the center of each won ton wrapper.
  3. Roll up wrapper, unroll top half.
  4. Moisten the right and left corners with water; bring them over filling and press firmly to seal.
  5. In oil heated to 375 degrees 2-3 mins, fry a few at a time or until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towel.
