I just love couscous, and this is an excellent side dish. Easy, quick, very different, other than rice!

Easy Couscous Recipe

Ingredients: 9

– 2 cups water
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
– 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
– 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
– 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
– 1/4 teaspoon pepper
– 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 package (10 ounces) couscous

How To Make Couscous

Directions: 1

– In a large saucepan, bring to a boil the first eight ingredients, combine well. Take off the heat; stir in couscous. Cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork. Enjoy!
