Blueberry Muffins Recipe

I followed this Blueberry Muffins Recipe to make these yesterday and they came out wonderfully! They were tasty and had a light texture. The muffins also turned out beautifully!

  • Makes: 12 muffins
  • Hands-On Time: 10 min
  • Total Time: 40 min

  1. 2cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
  2. 2teaspoons baking powder
  3. 1/2teaspoon kosher salt
  4. 3/4cup granulated sugar
  5. 1/2cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  6. 1/2cup whole milk
  7. 2large eggs
  8. 1 1/2cups blueberries
  9. 2tablespoons turbinado sugar, optional

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners or spray each cup with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Whisk together the granulated sugar, butter, milk, and eggs in a medium bowl, add to the flour mixture and mix to just combine. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop to fill the batter into your muffin cups and sprinkle with the turbinado sugar, if desired.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tops are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool in the pan completely or serve warm.

Note: To get bakery flavor you can add orange zest and pure vanilla extract
