Best Beef Jerky Recipe Ever

With this super Jerky Recipe, you will never buy packages jerky again. It is so much better than what you can get at the store, indeed. My 3 sons and husband couldn’t stop eating this treat!

INGREDIENTS

1 lb flank steak
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
1⁄3 cup la choy soy sauce
1⁄3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons liquid smoke

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sliced flank steak thinly against the grain of the meat into strips
  2. In a plastic bag, combine all ingredients and meat slices, mix to assure all the meat is evenly coated. Cover and marinade in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Using paper towels to drain meat. Place meat directly on oven rack and cook at 140º for three hours. Put a piece of foil on the oven floor to catch the drippings.
  4. Store in an airtight container or resealable bags and refrigerate overnight.
